1. What we provide
Xpro Predictor ("we", "the service") sells digital analysis content: football match predictions, statistical reads and betting-slip reviews generated by our analyst system, plus community features such as shared booking codes. We are a content and analytics service — we are not a bookmaker, we do not accept bets, hold stakes, or pay out winnings.
2. Eligibility
You must be 18 years or older to use this service. By creating an account you confirm you are of legal age in your jurisdiction and that using sports-analysis content is lawful where you live.
3. No guarantee of outcomes
Predictions are analytical opinions, not financial advice and never a guarantee of any result. Sports outcomes are uncertain by nature. You are solely responsible for any betting decisions you make and any money you stake with third-party bookmakers. Never stake money you cannot afford to lose.
4. Accounts
Accounts are created via Google sign-in. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service, attempt fraud, share access, or interfere with other users.
5. Credits, packs and VIP subscription
Prediction credits are digital goods delivered to your account immediately after a successful payment. Credit packs are one-time purchases; the VIP subscription renews monthly until you cancel it (you can cancel anytime from your profile — access continues until the end of the paid period). Prices are shown before payment; card payments are charged in USD converted from GHS at the live exchange rate. Purchases are governed by our Refund Policy.
6. Community content
Booking codes and other content posted by users belong to their posters and are not verified or endorsed by us. We may remove content that is fraudulent, abusive or unlawful. Do not post content you do not have the right to share.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to scrape the service at abusive volumes, resell access, attempt to reverse-engineer the platform, or use the service for money laundering or fraud.
8. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 30 days before the claim. We are not liable for losses on bets placed with third parties, nor for indirect or consequential damages.
