1. What we collect
Account data: when you sign in with Google we receive your name, email address and profile photo. Usage data: predictions you run, credits you hold, purchases you make. Support data: messages you send us. Technical data: IP address and device/browser information used for security and rate limiting.
2. Payments
Payments are processed by our payment partners — Stripe (card), Paystack (card/bank) and MTN MoMo (mobile money). We never see or store your full card number; card data is handled entirely by the processor under their PCI-DSS compliance. We store only the payment reference, amount and status needed to credit your account.
3. How we use data
To operate your account and credit balance, deliver predictions, process payments, prevent fraud and abuse, send service emails (receipts, account notices, product updates you can opt out of), and improve the service.
4. Cookies and storage
We use session cookies for sign-in and small amounts of local storage for interface preferences. We show third-party advertising (Adsterra) which may set its own cookies subject to their policies.
5. Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with the processors needed to run the service: Supabase (database), Render (hosting), Stripe/Paystack/MTN (payments), Google (sign-in), and email delivery providers.
6. Retention and your rights
We keep account data while your account is active. You may request a copy, correction or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing xpropredictor@gmail.com. Deleting your account removes your profile; purchase records may be retained where required for accounting and fraud prevention.
7. Security
Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Access to production systems is restricted. No method is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information and will notify affected users of any significant breach.
